Ekamuthukama (meaning unity) - Botanik believes this is crucial for rebuilding the nation of Sri Lanka and if there is one thing Sri Lankans of all ethnicities and religions bond over, it’s (Kema) food!

Botanik was conceptualized and created by Cantaloupe & Co. to present a lifestyle venue with botanical elements represented in its ambiance, food and beverage. Botanik is the perfect viewing gallery to Colombo’s rapidly growing skyline and has one of the best rooftop views in Colombo.

In partnership with DineForLanka, Botanik will be hosting a fundraiser featuring their ‘Ekamuthu Kema’ platters from The Cantaloupe Hotels. Sri Lankan food reflects a melting pot of the island’s history with influences from India, The Dutch, Portuguese, Moorish and Malay peoples.

The Ekamuthu Kema will feature a sampling of Galle Biriyani, Kottu, Southern Prawn Curry, Beef Fry, Mango Curry and the list goes on; presented on a long banana leaf and celebrating Sri Lanka’s diversity and unity through food.
